All State Tank Manufacturing engineers and manufactures

protection, and dry bulk materials with factory applied powder coatings.
Our key personnel have 27 years of experience in the erection of bolted tanks with well over one hundred years of combined experience. We have applied that experience to create a new modular flat panel design that offers streamlined manufacturing and erection with improved seam integrity. November seventh of two-thousand and three we dedicated our new manufacturing facility in Grove, Oklahoma, now in full production with the new tank/silo systems. Our new, flat seam, field assembled design eliminates leaky flange connections and lap gaskets in liquid tank applications. Using the latest sealant to replace all strip gaskets we dramatically reduce the possibility of bolted panel seam leaks. Our panels are finished in our factory with a thermal set fusion bonded powder coating. This NSF approved technology has been a preferred finish for AWWA rated components for over ten years. Our tank has a precedent-setting two year warranty on its interior and exterior surfaces with options available of up to ten years. Don’t settle for an API 12B tank design when you can get the value-added advantages of a AWWA D103 R97 design for the same price. |
